Tunable was founded in 2015 in Oslo, Norway. The technology originates from SINTEF, an independent industrial research institute in Norway. We are making the world’s most versatile gas analyser, able to measure multiple gases simultaneously. The instrument offer high sensitivity within a small and robust device that can be adapted to a wide range of applications.

Tunable is located in Oslo. Our site is a 1300 sqm combined production and R&D facility with integrated office space.

Tunable's technology greatly simplifies gas analysis and enables high-rate data collection. Our gas analytics platforms provide true real-time multi-gas datastream with a minimum level of required calibration and maintenance.Today our technology is supporting the maritime industry in solving their environmental challenges, while enabling productivity improvements. Our technology is the result of years of hard work by a team of experts within multiple technical disciplines such as nanotechnology, optics, electronics, and spectroscopy. The team has made it possible to realise the most compact, high performance, and versatile gas analyser seen so far. We will not stop with the current implementations. Our objective is to keep developing the technology to offer solutions in applications where gas analysis previously has been impossible.
